How to make perfect”french fries” at home? Know all its simple and easy steps

By the way, how many things we make from potatoes, potato curry, potato fry, potato cabbage vegetable, mashed potatoes etc. But let me tell you that with potatoes we can make many spicy and salty things like potato bhujia, samosa, french fries, that too in a very short time. In today’s time people like to eat spicy and spicy food. And if you go to buy this, it has become so expensive too, so why not keep it at home by making it better than the market. And if you have children in your house then you must do because children have all these favorites.

Material:-

Large Potatoes: 1 kg

Corn flour: 2 tsp

Salt: as per taste

Chaat masala

Black pepper powder

Coriander leaf

Oil: for filtering

Recipe:-

1. First, wash the potatoes well and peel them off.

2. After that, hold it from the wide side and cut a little potato and remove it so that the potato sits well and there is no problem in cutting.

3. Then cut it into the same size.

4. Then cut the same size from the other side as well.

5. And after you cut a potato and put it in water, it will not turn the potato black and your french fries will be good.

6. Then filter it and take it out on a kitchen towel and drain the potato water from the other side of the towel and leave it covered for 5 minutes.

7. Then heat the oil and then fry the potatoes on medium flame.

8. Now the potatoes are lightly fried, then take them out on a tissue paper. So that whatever extra oil is there, it goes away.

9. Then spread it and put some maida / corn flour and a little salt on it and mix it.

10. Heat the oil again and cook it on medium flame for about 5-7 minutes.

11. Then take it out on a tissue paper and mix it with chili powder, chaat masala, and light salt. (If you want, you can also use some curry leaves and coriander leaves in it)

12. And here our crispy french fries are ready.

Suggestion:-

Use old potatoes.

Cut the potatoes in the same size so that when they are cooked, they look like the same stuff.

Keep the gas flame on medium.

After filtering the french fries, add flour to it only after draining its oil.
