Advance Salary: Modi brought good news for employees. Advance money will come to the account!
Advance money: Central government has given a big good news to the employees. An important decision has been taken. Central government has introduced advance salary facility. It can be said that this will benefit many central government employees. In the backdrop of the festival, it has been decided to pay early wages to employees and early pension to pensioners. But this facility may not be available for everyone. Only some states will get this facility.
An office near the Ministry of Finance has issued a memorandum. According to the memorandum, it has been decided to pay early salaries to all central government employees on the occasion of Onam and Vinayak Chaturthi. This facility is applicable only to Central Government employees of selected states. It is applicable only for the states of Kerala and Maharashtra. Central government employees of Kerala will get their August salary soon. In that case, the salaries of Maharashtra employees will be paid in advance for the month of September. In Kerala, the salary will be received on August 25. In Maharashtra, it has been said that the salary will be paid on 27th September.
Along with this, pensioners will also get advance pension money. It is applicable only for the states of Kerala and Maharashtra. The government said such initial wages would be treated as advance payments. Later, these amounts are said to be adjusted to full monthly salary. The Ministry of Finance has directed all the ministries that the government department employees should be informed about this.
The Finance Department has also consulted the RBI in this regard. Bank branches in Kerala and Maharashtra have been asked to issue instructions for this. On the occasion of Onam festival, Kerala state government has announced bonus for the employees. Eligible employees will be paid Rs.4,000/-. If those who do not get bonus, they will get Rs 2,750 under special festival allowance, the government said. Pensioners will also get Rs. 1,000/-This means it is a good news for the central and state government employees of Kerala. But it is being discussed that it would be better if advance payment option is available in other states as well.
