Rahul Defamation Case, Sultanpur court summons Rahul in defamation case: order to appear on December 16

Rahul Defamation Case : Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has been summoned by the MP/MLA court of Sulnatpur, Uttar Pradesh, in the case of remarks targeting BJP leader Amit Shah. In response to Rahul’s comments in 2018, Sultanpur MP/MLA Court Judge Yogesh Yadav ordered his appearance on December 16.

Rahul Defamation Case : BJP leader Vijay Mishra filed the case against Rahul’s comments against Shah. After hearing the case today, the judge gave such an order, said the lawyer of the petitioner, Santosh Pandey. Rahul spoke against Shah at a press conference in Bengaluru. Rahul said that the BJP president who believes in honesty and transparency in politics is a murder accused. At that time Shah was the president of BJP. However, almost 4 years before Gandhi’s comments, a special CBI court in Mumbai had acquitted Shah in the 2005 fake encounter case.
